Freedom Rides - New Used Vehicle
My daughter just bought her 1st real car. she was so excited, she's had it all of 3 months, been paying on it like clockwork, but of course they sold it to her with bad brakes and tires.
seriously, so will they take responsibility when they kill someone. Probably not. VERY DISSATISFIED AND OFFENDED I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, WILL NEVER ADVERTISE FOR THEM, WILL WARN ANYONE THINKING ABOUT GOING TO STOP AND DON'T DO IT. My daughter is stuck paying for this car, and trying to pay for the maintenance to fix everything that was/is wrong with it from the moment they sold it to her.
They sold it to her the same day it came on to the lot which worried me because it means they didn't even check the car out first. So upset, i know people at the store personally so this makes it twice as upsetting.
A total slap in the face. With the crazy wet weather my daughter risks her life everytime she drives to work, but she has to go to work, has to pay for that heap of junk
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $8000.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Dear Valued Customer,
I am sorry to hear that your daughter has had issues with the brakes on her vehicle. Rest assured that all of the vehicles on our Seaford and Dover lots are inspected by the State of Delaware prior to being leased and all of the vehicles on our Easton lot are inspected by an independent State of Maryland certified inspector.
If the brakes or tires are below minimum requirements at the time of inspection, they are replaced.
Keep in mind that if your daughter has been driving too fast around turns and braking hard when coming to a stop, she would have caused the brakes and tires to wear prematurely.
Freedom Rides has three service locations that can repair and/or replace the brakes and tires at your convenience.
We are able to work with you on paying for the maintenance, as well. Feel free to give me call to discuss your options.

Nice way to blame the customer there MaryAnn. Should never make an assumption it will not hold in the court of law. And to the customer, please know that you can report the inspector that inspected the car.
I see you blame the customer every single time. How the *** would you know how they drive??? All these people can't be wrong.
